In each session, we’ll review your latest doctor’s notes, test results, and personal preferences to update your birth plan, ensuring it reflects your current wishes and medical needs.
As an educator who also teaches with Planned Parenthood, I bring a strong focus on informed decision-making, helping you understand your rights, your options, health, and how to advocate for yourself throughout your pregnancy.

One virtual Birth Planning session (ideal for outlining your needs and wants based on your current level of health)

Two-Session Package — $1,000
Two virtual sessions, covering two trimesters
Up to 6 hours of phone support (3 hours per trimester) usable within 30 days of each session
Full Three-Session Package — $1,500
Three virtual sessions, one per trimester
Up to 9 hours of phone support (3 hours per trimester) usable within 30 days of each session
Regular virtual check-ins between sessions
